The terms that apply to our quotes and mobile brake service.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Brake Club USA website and your purchase of mobile brake repair services from Brake Club USA ("we," "us," "our") in the Greater Houston, Texas area. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or receiving service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book service.
Quotes are free estimates based on the vehicle information and service details you provide. Because we quote before seeing your vehicle, a quote may be adjusted on-site if the actual condition of your brakes, rotors, calipers, or related components differs from what was described — for example, seized hardware, damaged rotors, or additional worn parts discovered during inspection.
We will always confirm final pricing with you before any work begins. You are never obligated to proceed after receiving an on-site estimate, and no work is performed without your approval. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Prices include parts, labor, and travel within our standard service area; locations outside the standard area may carry a travel fee disclosed at booking.
Same-day and next-day appointments are offered subject to technician availability and your location. Appointment windows are estimates; traffic, weather, and prior jobs can affect arrival times, and we will notify you of significant delays.
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 2 hours before your appointment window by calling 346-534-6003. If our technician arrives and the vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible, or the appointment is cancelled on arrival, we may charge a trip fee of up to $49 before booking future service.
Mobile service requires a safe, legal, reasonably level place to work — typically a driveway, parking lot, or workplace lot. You are responsible for confirming that we are permitted to perform work at the location (for example, HOA, apartment complex, or property-manager rules). Our technicians may decline or reschedule service if the location is unsafe, on a steep grade, or if severe weather makes safe work impossible; in that case no trip fee applies.
We install OEM-quality parts sourced by us unless otherwise agreed. Replaced parts are disposed of by the technician unless you request to keep them before work begins. If you supply your own parts, we may install them at our discretion; customer-supplied parts are covered by the parts seller's warranty, not ours, though our labor warranty still applies.
Our work is backed by a limited warranty: 12 months or 12,000 miles on labor (whichever comes first) and coverage of installed parts against manufacturing defects per the parts manufacturer's terms, beginning on the service date. To make a warranty claim, call us and we will schedule a mobile inspection at no charge.
The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, racing or off-road use, modifications, normal wear, corrosion, or mechanical issues unrelated to the work we performed. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the vehicle serviced. See our Warranty page for full details.
Payment is due when service is completed. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods disclosed at booking. Financing is provided by third-party partners and is subject to their credit approval, terms, and disclosures; Brake Club USA is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. See our Financing page for current options.
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to approve work on it, and that the information you provide about the vehicle and its condition is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Please remove valuables from the work area and keep children and pets clear while the technician is working.
Our technicians are insured, and we are responsible for damage directly caused by our negligence during service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of use or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Texas law.
Content on this website is provided for general information about our services and is not mechanical advice for your specific vehicle. By submitting a quote request with your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your request by call, text, or email; message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If a dispute arises, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved with a phone call. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version, and changes apply to services booked after that date. Continued use of the website or booking of service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
